Client Service Officer – Asset Management

Job Description:

  • Handle and follow up on enquiries, requests and complaints from internal retail clients and institutional clients in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
  • Assist in account opening for new clients
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Participate in various marketing activities and prepare marketing materials
  • Prepare regular reports for management’s review
  • Participate in different ad hoc projects and administrative assignments


  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ client service experience in asset management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to learn and able work under pressure
  • Patient, mature and detail-minded
