Office Automation Manager

Job Description:

  • Perform requirement analysis, and provide functional and technical specification
  • Develop and/or modify program related to of Office Automation System
  • Automate the business workflow and system integration
  • Support users for the daily operation and enquiry of the responsible systems


  • Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration or other related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ hands on experience in Microsoft .NET Framework/C#, less experience will be considered as junior position
  • Strong understanding and experience of BPM tools like Bizagi
  • Independent, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Good communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of users and vendors
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
